What is the return / exchange policy?
All Pavé The Way® Jewelry purchased online can be returned for a refund of the purchase price in the form that it was paid within 10 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. All items must be returned in as-sold condition, unworn and in the original packaging.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days at info@pavethewayjewelry.com with the specific request.
If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at info@pavethewayjewelry.com immediately upon delivery to coordinate an exchange.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
All domestic orders are shipped via a certified carrier and should be received within 10 days from placing the order. You will be notified of the tracking number once the order has been processed. If your selection is out of stock or needs to be produced, you will be notified of an expected delivery date. In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and methods will vary according to size, value and destination.
Will I pay sales tax on my purchase?
New York State Sales Tax is applicable for purchases sent to a New York address. Upon processing the order, the receipt will reflect the Sales Tax if applicable to your state.
